| 2009年9月在广东省南岭采集到5只森林型蝙蝠,其鼻孔突出成短管状,背部毛棕褐色,前臂长34.3~36.8 mm;核型为2n=44,FN=50。经鉴定为蝙蝠科管鼻蝠亚科的中管鼻蝠(Murina huttonii),为广东省翼手类分布新纪录。用蝙蝠超声波接收器(AnabatⅡ)录制并分析其回声定位声波,为FM型。中管鼻蝠的染色体核型和回声定位声波均为首次报道。 |

| Five bat specimens were collected from Nanling Nature Reserve in Guangdong Province in September 2009.The bat’s nostril is typical of the genus Murina,tubular and highly protuberant.The hairs in dorsal surface are dark brown basally,and the forearm length is 34.3-36.8 mm.Its karyotype is 2n=44 and FN=50.Based on the characteristics of external and skull morphologies,and karyotype,the specimens were identified as M.huttonii,which is new to Guangdong Province.The echolocation calls were FM signals.The karyotype and echolocation calls of M.huttonii Bat were firstly reported. |
