模拟生境中胎生蜥蜴的交配行为及其与环境因子的关系

    2007年和2008年的5月,采用瞬时扫描取样法和全事件观察法,对模拟生境中胎生蜥蜴(Lacerta vivipara)的交配行为进行了详细的研究。结果表明,胎生蜥蜴交配行为的基本模式为:1追逐;2咬腹;3环抱;4交媾;5分离。其中各交配行为持续时间占总交配时间的百分比分别为:追逐占2.35%,咬腹占0.51%,环抱占8.44%,交媾占88.70%。交配活动主要发生在8:00时以后,其中9:00~13:00时比较集中,此间光照强度平均为(1 009.90±77.06)×102 lx ,气温平均为(31.53±0.36)℃(25.10~39.20℃),地表温度平均为(41.03±0.60)℃(28.30~56.30℃),湿度平均为27.54%±0.58% (20.00%~43.50%)。经检验,交配活动受地表温度 (r=0.829, P<0.01)、光照强度(r=0.664, P<0.05)与气温(r=0.606, P<0.05)的影响显著。

    Abstract:

    The mating behaviors of Lacerta viviparawere studied in the May of 2007 and 2008 by the methods of instantaneous and scan sampling and of all-occurrence recording. The results show that the basic patterns of mating behavior of L.vivipara are chasing; biting abdomen; encircling; sexual intercourse and separating. Chasing accounts for 2.35% of total time; biting abdomen for 0.51%; encircling for 8.44% and sexual intercourse for 88.70%. The mating activities begin at 8 a.m. and focus from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. During the period, the average illumination intensity is (1 009.90±77.06)×102 lx ; the average air temperature is (31.53±0.36)℃(25.10-39.20℃); the average ground temperature is (41.03±0.60)℃(28.30-56.30℃); and the average humidity is 27.54%±0.58%(20.00%-43.50%). Environment factors, such as ground temperature, illumination and air temperature, mainly affected the mating behaviors of L.vivipara.
