Census of Crow Pheasant(Centropus sinensis)was conducted in Guangdong Haifeng Avian Nature Reserve in 2005.Among four seasons,there were thirty two individuals recorded in summer which was the most.The mean-individual of each line in summer was significantly higher than that in spring and autumn(P<0.05).The population density in summer was the highest,17.78 ind./km2 vs.1.11 ind./km2 in winter which was the lowest.Single individual was recorded frequently.The individuals of different seasons belonging to each station were different.As a whole,the individuals recorded in Dongguan Lian'anwei were the most among the three stations.
